Balloon Care

This care sheet will assure you get the maximum enjoyment from your displays!

BALLOONS AND TEMPERATURE
Keep balloons at room temperature at all times. Balloons can expand and burst in the heat and deflate in the cold. When foil balloons are taken into the cold, they will temporarily deflate and will re-inflate again when at room temperature. Please do not leave balloons in the car, garage or anywhere too hot or cold for any length of time.

COLLECTING/TRANSPORTING YOUR BALLOONS
Please come in a vehicle suitable for the size of the balloons you have ordered. For larger orders we recommend coming alone and putting back seats down prior to collection. Please ensure there are no objects in your car that could in any way damage your balloons, and if coming in a work vehicle we recommend bringing a sheet of some sort to sit balloons on as nails, screws and general dirt can pop your balloons. During transport be sure to use an air conditioned vehicle and don't leave balloons in a car for long periods of time.

BALLOONS AND CHILDREN/PETS
Balloons are not a toy. Uninflated or burst balloons can present a choking hazard, children under 8 should never be left unsupervised. Store balloons away from pets and small children to ensure they cannot get themselves tangled with balloon ribbons or accidentally ingest burst balloons or their decorative contents such as feathers, confetti or other materials. If a balloon bursts, clear it away and all contents if applicable immediately.

BALLOONS AND THE ENVIRONMENT
At the end of a balloon's life, cut the end of the balloon with scissors to remove any air of balloon gas, then dispose of it in the bin. NEVER release balloons into the environment, they can get caught up in trees or power lines and be a danger to animals and wildlife. Remember - Don't Let Go & Pin It and Bin it!

BALLOONS AND ALLERGIES
Most balloons are made of natural rubber latex and may cause allergies. Any latex allergies MUST be declared before booking. Please look out for ay symptoms in case of allergies and seek immediate help.

INHALATION OF HELIUM
Inhaling helium can be dangerous and it is not recommended. It can deprive your body of oxygen and can result in fatality.

BALLOONS AND CEILINGS
Lights, Paint textures, irregular surfaces and even static can all pop balloons. If you are planning on placing your balloons on a ceiling, ensure that you test it first.

LATEX BALLOONS AND OXIDATION
Clear balloons become cloudy quickly when exposed to heat and sunshine. Coloured balloons will take on a velvety, matte appearance.

BALLOONS CAN POP
While we use the highest quality balloons and take every precaution necessary with your balloons to ensure they last through your event, once the balloons leave our door or we have left the venue, they are out of our control. We do not expect balloons back from events and if we re-attend to collect any hire items from your venue, please be advised we will not take the balloons with us.

If you are unsatisfied with your balloons or there is a fault, this must be reported to us a soon as possible within a few hours of receiving your order.
